Place the couscous in a bowl and add 1.25 cup boiling water, close it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
In a pan melt 2 teaspoon of butter, add Onions saute for 2 minutes, then add chicken. Fry the chicken for 3 minutes.
Next add vegetables, required salt, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water, close the lid, reduce the flame to low and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Next add couscous, cinnamon powder and mix together. Remove from heat
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, required salt, pepper and milk and whisk lightly
On a tava, melt 1 tsp of butter and spread one ladle of egg mixture. Turn to low heat. Allow it to set.
Next sprinkle one quarter of cheese on the egg, then add chicken couscous mixture on one edge. Now tightly roll to the other side.
Remove from heat and place it on a serving plate.
Cook the omelettes with above said method with the remaining ingredients
You may serve the chicken omelette with ketchup.
